This course of action is premised on the presumption that one can afford counsel who is willing
and able to litigate effectively over the course of a lengthy civil suit against the legions of attorneys which Tesla will deploy to defend such a case. In which case, one is already rich, and can easily afford a chauffeur for one's spouse.
