The stylized "E S" stamp on headlug is the brand of the (Asian) lugmaker. I always forget which brand this is/was but T-Mar always supplied the correct brandname when I (usually) called it wrong, so should be easy to track down.
I know the "E S" has passed by me on a previous Asian frame, but I just didn't have enough previous notes to jog my memory. It seems to be a quality frameset, just was hoping for a positive ID.
