You might have better luck if you could find a forum dedicated to orthopedic medicine, not a bicycle-related forum. All you're going to get here are personal experiences and anecdotal stories.
Better yet, just ask your orthopedic doctor what the MRI actually shows, and follow their advice. Getting a second opinion is always a good idea, but you're not going to get that here.
