Bah Humbug I am pretty sure the tri gang at ST has this figured out, but a Google search did not help me.
It’s clear that tighter hip angles make you slightly less powerful but still are faster because aero, but once you go slower (eg climbs) the extra watts from sitting up a bit help more because of the slower speed. I am looking for some good useful data to find optimal hip angle based on effective speed. Maybe this is proprietary info but any ideas?
