Before you endeavor in this, I gotta warn you that most of these wheel and tire assemblies are so cheap that you can buy a pre-built assembly for less money and time than trying to fix one with an issue.
From experience it's kind of a PITA. Between size OD differences, axle OD's, hub offsets, and weight ratings, it's not as easy as picking one up at the local store. It took me 5 wheels to find one that worked for a bent one on my hand truck.
