Scwinn IC4 vs Wahoo Kickr
I got a Schwinn IC4 about 1 year ago and used it happily with zwift. I picked up a 1st generation used Wahoo kickr on ebay recently. What a difference!. The power readings on the Schwinn are extremely overstated. The elevation simulation on the kickr (which has to be adjusted manually on the Schwinn) makes hilly rides killer workouts. When using the kickr I have trouble keeping up with group rides which were easy for me to keep up with using the IC4. Two very different experiences. If you're looking for a close to IRL simulation go with the smart trainer.
