Week 1 thoughts.
The TrainingPeaks plan I picked seems to be On The Money. The workouts so far have been doable, but really suck at the end. Today was Aerobic Endurance, 170 minutes at z2...and the last 30 minutes I was not happy, but felt great after a shower; not dead. Perfect.
