sorry to hear that amigo. We think we’re gunna start trying to buy one in the spring. Currently the houses are only lasting about 10 days on the market, and we need a little more funds to be competitive. Also, losing a house that we really want would destroy the wife.
The good ones are going in a day or two here, there’s no inventory around and we’re very specific about wanting to stay in the neighborhood we’re renting in which makes it harder.
We could still get it, but after what we’ve already been through with the search I’m not super positive on the prospect.
