Just got a reply from Bike Friday, I couldn’t locate one serial number because I wasn’t looking in quite the right location.
On the New World Tourist if it isn’t located on the bottom bracket it’ll be located on the inside of the frame where the rear axle mounts. He previously had said right rear drop out under the rear derailleur and I thought it would be visible without removing parts.
I just need to pop the rear wheels out and it should become visible.
