First New Years Day Tandem ride that we can remember - but, since it was a sunny 45F afternoon, rode 2 miles around the neighborhood, primarily to make sure that the newly-rebuilt (by Velocity) rear wheel is fine, which it seems to be. Then, as my stoker isn't crazy about coldish weather riding, I went off for a ten mile ride. (Not on the tandem.) I much prefer warm weather, too.
