Beautiful spring-like day in new York ... a great chance to get outdoors in the fresh air, set up the work stand, and clean and lube 4 of the family MTB bikes. That should mitigate some of winter's harsh effects on their drivetrains, rims and other moving parts.

Test rode 3 of the four. Felt good to be back on a bike. Though my saddle felt like an ass-hatchet.

They still need a "real good clean" but at least they are mostly rideable. The shifting on mine still seems to slip under pressure, might need to pump some air in to the rear shock, think I've lost pressure and got too much flex. (Or it could be that 20 lbs I put on while my neck was herniated. )
