If it's like most crit courses, you should be able to hang in the pack on much less then that. I've finished P/1/2 crits on 200 watts. I'm a bit smaller than you, but still.

Unless you are overtly feeling ill, I say just go for it. If you're not confident in your legs, just tell your buddies you're gonna sit in and be low key for the day. Practice getting your AP and HR as low as possible.
