No, it's only unethical if I do more than like, but actually make love to his post after he tells me to stop. Or instead of unethical you could call it litter if I don't clean the post afterward and leave a mess all over his front yard (because the fence posts in his backyard are straight up hooches and I wouldn't touch them with a 10 foot pole for fear of getting a communicable disease).
