Agree with that ^ re: ethics.
Unfortunately, it seems the lack of ethics has led to the development of these darn rules. Some are sticklers for them and some try to bend them in their own favor. I generally don't care and the liklihood of one of these mild rule infractions really affecting me is slim to none. I'm not in it to do more than enjoy competing. If I win great. If someone with a crinkled number beats me, they beat me (rules). If someone chops my wheel and beats me as a result, I'd be less than thrilled (ethics). If a Jr beats me on grown up gears, then kudos to them (rules and maybe ethics).
