Vittoria Corsa Control in 30mm is fast, but not long lived, definite go to on the road bike...Specialized Roubaix 30/32 are also fast, and after 5 sets over the last 6 years, I can tell you they rarely flat and they are very comfortable and handle really well, I run them tubeless on a gravel bike which sees plenty of road miles also.
