I work in a production facility in a different industry, but the struggles are the same. With people getting sent home sick and because of contact tracing of possible exposure, it is impossible to keep a full crew working. We work overtime while we are here, but it can't make up for the loss of production during normal hours. If we get fully staffed, we run out of material because the producers are all going through the same thing. It is going to be awhile before this gets sorted out.
