Friday and Saturday racked up another 40-odd miles on the Marin mtb and the road-bike. Feeling better and better. A few more good nights sleep and hopefully will be able to get back to normal. I had no trouble today on the road-bike riding around in the 52/19 gear I used regularly before the head-cold came along. Now will try to start using the 52/18 as much as possible.
