I, too, used that Selle Anatomica saddle. As I increased my performance levels it became less comfortable, even when adjusting it per the instructions. I suspect it was a combination of loosing weight and increasingly aggressive positioning. And, like rsbob, I found the Selle Italia SLR Boost saddles work well for me.
