Since those pictures were taken, I have moved the seat slightly forward, and raised it a little more. And I rolled the shifter for the rear derailleur up on top of the handlebar, because my thumb is injured and weak, and I can't downshift with it. Now, I don't have to use my thumb and it's much better for me. I live in pretty rough hilly country, right on top of a mountain, and once I get out on the road, I am either coasting downhill or working my guts out trying to pedal up hill. So, I am considering modifying it into an E-bike.

I prefer the more crank forward position of a cruiser, so I made a bracket to move the seat back a ways. But I may have taken it too far. And may end up moving the seat forward a little bit more from here, but I definitely like the position better then the stock location.
