Yeah, he hasn't posted as much lately, but his threads on fixed-gear climbing and fixed-gear long-distance riding are pretty legendary here.

I haven't met him in person, but I'm pretty sure he was the one riding to the bike inspection a few bikes ahead of me in 2015, and at the same restaurant as my wife and I later on that night. Tall, chatty, sorta loud guy, rides a fixie?
