Another option, not popular but I like 'em, is the long-cage Allvit they used on the Super Sport. Not as good as a Crane, but better than the Campy IMHO.

Alternatively, can you say why your (OP's) Campy isn't working? Are you sure it can't be repaired?
The Campi derailleur looks to have a springer broken.
And both red "C" are scratched badly.
It is ugly.
