I'm not sure who made you the authority on exactly how much of a safety net all these tires built in, but I have seen (actually, heard) tires blow off before and always stuck around to hear the story. They all claimed 130-150. I don't know how much they stretched the truth, but I'll err on the safe side and not be the next guinea pig.
