Under the “features” it says “Shaped, adjustable cuffs with knit binding form a weather seal over your gloves.” But reading the reviews I get the impression the cuffs aren’t adjustable. A couple said they had velcro straps attached after they received it. I like the idea of tucking the cuffs into the funnel cuffs on your gloves. Otherwise looks like a good jacket.
