You made too many changes from your first post, always just change one thing at a time in the smallest possible increments and then test. I have knee pain if my fit is off by even one cm. there's a sweet spot and everything else is no-go. So get it checked out, heal it up, and then revisit your fit with a pro. sometimes a video as part of the fit can be very helpful to track how you move.
