Thanks for your help. Using the amazon links supplied above I found both the exact replacement hose plus the small rubber parts.
To answer BlazingPedals question -- I'm not sure why I originally posted this to the recumbents forum. I did own a recumbent at the time (and own 2 now, both are Visions). Maybe I thought recumbent folks would know the answer??? But since I use this pump on my recumbents, it's sorta-kinda a recumbent quesstion I suppose.
