You could google it and see if anything pops up. They did sponsor a TdF-level bicycle racing team back around 1980 so they may have produced a line of bicycles, too; if they can build cars they can build bicycles.
The bicycle in your picture doesn't look like a hi-end variety - the brakes and bb/crankset are both look to be less-expensive types. It would probably make a good bicycle for short commutes or neighborhood riding.
