Just got home from a ride. I got a new PR on one segment and a KOM on another. Would I have pushed that hard if they were merely “just plain old sections of road?” Probably not. Did I blast those two segments today because I knew about them from Strava? You betchersaddlesore I did! Does Strava motivate me?
