COVID shot two this morning, so I think the weekend will be particularly lite, but that's fine. Did 3 hrs at a solid z2 (~3.0 w/kg) yesterday morning on Zwift by stringing together two group rides. Last hour was 3.6.
Next week I will be FTP testing (Wednesday) and I expect to see a good bump if my recovery and preparation is correct.
