Last day of recovery week, it’s nice and I’m at my parents house so I went outside to ride, so of course it was anything but easy endurance lol did a loop that is pretty flat for steady efforts and did it in a little under 37mins with an IF of 0.9. Overall it was almost 2hrs of tempo 0.83 IF
Tuesday may be an attempt at doing that loop as close to ftp as I can
