Not quite an official
datlas ride of 100'/mile but ~50mi and 4300' still hurt quite a bit.
Ended up hitting PRs on a decent amount of segments and got a 7w increase on my eFTP from Intervals
Must be why I've been glued to the couch all afternoon
Do you have a lot of short steep climbs there? Got a low gear?
