Shimano's compatibility chart says no. Well, it doesn't say yes...it doesn't say anything for that combo. It might work, it might not. I for one haven't tried it.
You won't know unless you try. On my gravel bike I'm running an 11 speed GRX/105 crankset/chain/rear derailleur with 10 speed XT cassette/GRX front derailleur and GRX shifters. My bike shifts even better now with the 11 speed components versus when it was entirely 10 speed GRX.
