Regarding the OP: whew.

Regarding Clif Bars: they are OK - do what they need to do and are easy to get down. I preferred the Mojo bars (also made by Clif), but they evidently don't make them any more. I keep Clif bars in my carry on backpack when I'm traveling. Two will get me through a missed meal easily.
