I would ride slower, but that's about it. Inclement weather is more like a game. I enjoy going through puddles, just like when I was a kid. I asked someone do you stop life when it rains? Shopping, movies...etc. For most people the answer is no. Everything is possible when your walk or ride a bicycle. When you drive we somehow come up with excuses on why we can't do things.
