1. What type of bikes do 50+ folks ride?
Trek Verve 1, Aventon Aventure, Yankee USA, Aostirmotor, Huffy Good Vibrations cruiser

2. Do you take any special supplements/vitamins/minerals as you have grown older?
Glucosamine/Chondroitin

3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?
I have two new knees, one is still weak. I was faster when I limped and wobbled.

4. How long have you been biking? New, around a while, biked all your life?
Since childhood. I biked all over the place in the late 70's and early 80's, egged on by the movie "Breaking Away."

5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides.
I do urban biking with a local group, and longer rail trail rides with a friend. Thirty miles is my longest ride so far.

6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage?
I try to bike daily when the weather is dry and above freezing. Average was 500 miles, but I've recently retired.
