You can get lockers and duffel bags with a little fan built in. They are for moto racing leathers and nomex and other such things. But then aren’t you still blowing the smell around?
Can you ride earlier? Dawn patrol has its attractions for a salary employee especially if you have coworkers on eastern time.
Cotton and wool don’t get as smelly as synthetic fabric.
See if there are hooks, hangers, racks that are not in a locker. They’ll dry out better. Who’s gonna steal bike shorts?
