Nice ride in after a 3 day weekend. And I only have a 3 day work week. I'm taking off Friday to participate in the Blue Ridge Relay (running). It starts at Grayson Highlands State Park in Virginia and somewhat tracks the Blue Ridge Parkway (though not on it much) for about 208 miles to Asheville, NC. Our team of 12 will take around 26 to 27 hours to complete the route. It should be fun (they say)!
We're back to warm, muggy mornings and hot afternoons for this week.
