As for date code, and not to take my answer verbatim though it appears this bike is very much original. Catalogs on the interewebs might depict the model and specifics. With that, you've identified the Campagnolo derailleur including crank date code. My guess you've nailed it but had inventory Campy parts from 1981/82 for its build.

Ironic but I just completed another build that has Super Record, crank date code 1981 and rear derailleur 1982.
