I saw a Stronglight 99 for 35 lbs English plus 11 shipping with no rings. Seems to be maybe $65. Perhaps I will ask $425 as is at the swap meet. I didn’t pay much for this bike. I may also decrease the value a bit and take the front rack for my 89 1000LT to match the stock rear. It seems these front racks are pretty rare.
IMHO, you may be confusing collector with enthusiast, either way if you add a usable crank and include the original it should not matter, it will likely be a challenge to find a top dollar buyer regardless.
This is close to my size and I would buy one like it if I found one but my spend would not be very close to your ask.
