3x30 tempo today ended up settling around 82% for the intervals (the trainerroad workout had a range of 226-261 so it was 242 or so). Probably would have been easier had I not put in such a big day yesterday but it was pretty moderate. I don’t know if it’s because I’ve been going out in the upper 40 temp but my HR has been lower than it usually is for sweet spot and tempo. Generally I haven’t seen huge differences between indoor and outdoor stuff but lately the outdoor workouts (with the right terrain) have been more fun for me.
