La Vuelta a Espana 2019 tips for Madrid
As luck would have it, I will be in Madrid the weekend of September 15th. Has anyone ever been there to watch the Vuelta? I was looking for information on what sorts of events, booths and viewing opportunities are typical for the race finish. I have been to Madrid before, but I have never been to a European Professional road race. Thanks in advance.
