I did a 50-minute hike yesterday and a recovery-pace ride today, felt decent, not 100% yet. The snot faucet is about shut off and the fog from the meds is dissipating. I think I'll live.
If I can find a big enough hole in the predicted rain tomorrow I'll try a 1:30-2:00 Z2 ride. I'm ready to get back on this horse.
