Nah, I just tossed them. There is a great resource for Cannondale parts:
Cannondale Spares. They are under the company Revel Outdoors which is also behind
Giant Bike Spares. They are in the UK so you won't get stuff super fast in the States.
Besides the cover I've bought Frame Grommets and Fender Mount Hardware from them.
