From a quick look, your fit looks good. You look pretty comfortable, well-stretched and aero. Comfortable neck position, nice bend in the elbow with room for more.

When you rev up a little bit, around 1.42, you bounce. And you're not even at high RPMs yet, but your hips are moving a lot - it's a red flag. There are some setup hacks that might help this, but there's no magic bullet: plenty of people can get souplesse at higher RPMs without equipment hacks, just from training.

Setup hacks that can work are lowering your saddle a little (and tweaking the rest of your fit to suit), and using shorter cranks to open your hip angle at the top of the stroke. And, infuriatingly enough, raising and sending your saddle forward might help too. It's trial and error. The best solution is training.
