I did have to replace the tires I got with my new Tarmac. The rode comfortably, but I got 3 flats in 300 miles. I replaced them with GP5000's and so far have 3500 miles on them with no flats.

Though the version tire they put on that model and tier bike isn't what they put on my bike. Even with that, I don't advocate swapping them out until they annoy you from flatting a few times. If they don't flat enough to annoy you then just use them till they wear out then try something else.
