I feel your pain. I don't know if it's a Midwest thing or what, but 55-65 degree days followed by several days of wind and rain is hard on the brain. I'm sure that's what threw me into a funk a week or so ago. My wife and I had several warm and relatively less windy rides in a row and then it all went to ****. As I descended in to a light depression, I started over-eating and eating junk food which creates a deepening spiral that's hard to halt.

Edit: I had to use a lot of my CBT toolbox to return to "normality."
