Figured if I'm ditching tubular, might as well skip clinchers and just go tubeless... When the bike shop confirmed that the tubeless 700x27 tires fit fine, it was a no-brainer.
As for pedals, I'm going to try the vintage Look pedals that came on the bike (my bike shop had the cleats to match). If that doesn't work, I may play around with toe cages...
