Most of my early morning rides are done fasted....If I do decide to have breakfast, I will have about 5 - 6 whole eggs cooked but with runny yolks, a large chunk of bread and a chocolate chip muffin. I usually wait about 60 minutes for the breakfast to settle before heading out for a ride.
