They did retract that requirement a few days prior, but it had me all worked up for a week. Sounds like they're still doing that to you.

From talking to friends it sounds like this is pretty common. I would have thought everything would have been squared away a couple of days before closing but I was wrong. I wish I knew how the “waiting til the last minute” benefits anyone.
With my job we have to basic rules.
1. Don’t make the news. This is important on many levels.
2. Don’t make plans, whether it be on an over night or at home.


I should apply rule number 2 to all aspects to my life. Might be disappointed less.
