Great ride in, until my tire blew 2 miles from work. WTH? It was less than 300 miles old.

Think of it as the beginning of July in Wisconsin all over again. That means you've got two more months of summer, followed by 5 months of Wisconsin fall (aka NC winter), and then it'll be early spring again! By May you'll be ready for a REAL summer.
(Assuming, of course, you're not up in the mountains. You might have a winter up there.)
