Ha. There a local cyclist that I've bumped in to and chatted with a few times on the road, and I've been following her on Strava for a few years. She puts in a good amount of mileage, but never struck me as being terribly strong (even relative to weight). Seeing her trainer workout this morning, though, I might have to rethink that - she might put a hurtin' on some of y'all
. For reference, these are 3 min on, 3 min off and, if I were to guess, I'd say that she's in her mid-50s and ~135-140lbs.
